Windows - Moving and Resizing
It's all in the wrist... and your mouse of course. The key is to watch the tip of your mouse pointer. Once it is on the "spot" your pointer will change to something else. That something else is what will determine what you can do when you hold your left mouse button down and drag. Carefully move the tip of the pointer to all the edges of the window (top, bottom, left and right) and see it change to a double ended arrow. This is the indicator to resize by holding your left mouse button down and dragging in or out, up or down. If you put your mouse pointer in any empty area of the title bar at the top of a window, you can hold your left mouse button down and move the window.
